MY APPROACH TO HELPING
For over two decades, I’ve been holding sacred space for others to remember who they are beneath the noise, the roles, and the survival strategies. With a foundation in transpersonal psychology and family development, my presence is both grounded and intuitive—inviting depth, stillness, and honesty.
I don’t offer fixes. I listen. I meet people at the edge—where grief and growth, tenderness and truth often intersect—and I trust in the natural intelligence of each person’s unfolding. My style is spacious, soulful, and attuned to what is often unspoken.
MY ROLE AS A THERAPIST
Therapy with me isn’t about treatment plans or performance. It’s a collaborative space where your own wisdom is honored and slowly, steadily unearthed. I offer reflection, warmth, and clear seeing—not to pathologize your experience, but to help you come into right relationship with it.
I don’t see myself as someone who heals for you, but as someone who sits with you as you reclaim the parts of yourself that have been exiled, forgotten, or dismissed. Together, we explore what is asking to be felt, released, and ultimately integrated—so you can move through life with more freedom, clarity, and choice.
ROOTED IN PRESENCE, ORIENTED TOWARD TRUTH
As a Projector in Human Design, I bring a natural gift for pattern recognition and perspective. My presence clarifies. Clients often tell me they feel more like themselves in our work together—more centered, connected, and whole.
My path has been shaped by motherhood, chronic illness, divorce, and a lifelong devotion to inner work. These lived experiences inform my work in subtle yet powerful ways. I work with those walking the path of conscious living—those ready to move beyond performance and into presence. To live from soul, not mental strategy.
EDUCATED IN MIND, DEVOTED TO THE HEART
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Child and Family Development (1999) and a Master's degree in Humanistic and Transpersonal Psychology (2003). My continued training includes: Hatha Yoga 200 hour Teacher Training, Tallapoosa Center for Inner Arts (2003), Psych-K (2013), Emotional Freedom Technique, Level 1 (2015), Positive Discipline Parent Educator Certification (2017), Applied Astrology with Debra Silverman, Levels 1 & 2 (2018), Bowen Family Systems Training (2021), Certified Integral Therapist (2022), NARM Basic Training for Relational Trauma (2023)
I welcome clients who are navigating seasons of change, loss, and deep reorientation—those who are seeking not just relief, but reconnection. Whether you're moving through emotional pain, relational dynamics, or identity shifts, I hold space for what feels tender, stuck, or unseen—always with the belief that your symptoms are messengers, not mistakes.
The terrain I walk with clients often includes:
Anxiety and overwhelm
Low self-worth and body image struggles
Relationship and family challenges
Living with chronic illness
Feeling disconnected from yourself or your purpose
Difficulty with boundaries and people-pleasing
Divorce and heartbreak
Grief and unresolved loss
Big life transitions
Spiritual longing or questioning
The lasting impact of trauma
The inner work of womanhood
Psychedelic Integration
You don’t have to know exactly what you need. You just need to be willing to come closer to yourself.
